Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre invites financial gifts in any amount to help further its continued participation in the vibrant cultural life of the Greater Cedar Rapids Area. All gifts, including appreciated stocks and bonds, are deductible for tax purposes.
The Founder’s Society helps to
advance our mission as a vital, living American art form and to develop the
artists who create it as well as the audience that appreciates and supports it.
Gifts help to support our education programs in the public schools, and the free
pre-opera curtain talks that have introduced thousands of children and adults
to the multimedia art form of opera. The Founder’s Society is open to those
individual donors who contribute $500 or more annually to Cedar Rapids Opera
Theatre operations. Founder’s Society members enjoy benefits including
recognition in programs and invitations to special events.
